February 2004
 St. Ives
First have opened a retirement home for ageing VR's based in Cornwall.    The collection comprises a mixture of home-grown examples from Western National days and others transferred from far-flung parts of the First empire.   They are still surprisingly in every day service including weekends.   Catch them while you can.
