First has recently introduced 84 new Wright Gemini bodied Volvos into Glasgow.   One of the best places to catch them is near the University as two routes - the 18 and the 44 - cross there.   It's also a first class setting to see these first class vehicles.

First Glasgow 32560 (SF54OTA) sprints down University Ave on the (44) to Knightswood.   The buildings behind are home to some of the smaller Glasgow University departments
A Wright/Volvo in front of the main University buildings.   To the right the new Chemistry department is just visible.
Byres Rd houses some well known Glasgow pubs and and eateries.
First Glasgow 32623 (SF54TLZ) on a (44A) heading for Crookfur on the south side.   The restored tenements are sought after properties, and are similar to that owned by Colin and Justin (of TV home makeover fame).

Making
