Easyjet (right) are now the major operator serving Nice airport, so it was only logical that Stelios should dip his toe in the Mediterranean as his first venture on the high seas.   Easycruise has a simple concept - cheap cabins and you can join and leave at any one of the seven ports it serves in France, Italy and Monaco.   Some cruisers are bigger than Easycruise One (below left), but that probably doesn't matter to the punters.   They sleep all day at sea and party all night on land.

Bistro du Port, Nice
This restaurant may be a bit pricey, but the fish is fresh and tasty, and the view of the port is second to none.   Popular with the locals it can be a scary place on the terrace right beside main road.
